@TheBMA Majority of the Lords recognised the contribution of IMGs already working in the NHS. One of the Lords suggested amendment to include IMGs with 2 years in the NHS. We expect BMA to back it.

@TheBMA UKG prioritising Bill is in the Parliament. BMA proposed prioritising IMGs with more than 2 years of NHS experience. The government has ignored this demand of BMA. IMGs are depending on BMA to put forward this demand when the amendments are made . Dont loose this trust!

@JeremyVineOn5 @theJeremyVine Its not about how much they will earn with 35% hike. Its about how much they have not been paid in the last decade. The pay of junior doctors has stayed same for the last few years. A junior doctor starting as FY1, 5 years back earns the same if he/she has to start as FY1 today!
