@ScotRail I do appreciate it, perhaps better clarity would have helped as it wasn't announced as a platform change at all so several folks only moved because those of us in the ball heard a different number to the one that had been advertised up to then.

@VFalkirk @cineworld asked for screen to validate parking at Falkirk today, as seeing Wonka followed by lunch, when informed (quite aggressively) that was only appropriate if our film was going to keep us in the cinema over 3.5 hours. Really? Very disappointing approach.

@cineworld That's pretty disappointing. We have multiple venues within visit range and pick depending on convenience on a case by case basis. To be forced into a higher price group just to be able to consistently book online when we're happy to pay the uplift is a real let down.

@cineworld just attempted to book a film at Falkirk with Unlimited, understanding that as it's a higher group than my membership I would have to pay uplift only to find I can't book at that cinema at all?!? Surely it should be possible to pay uplift through the booking app?? 🙈
