@binance,
Thanks for including me in the top 100 blockchain people list, appreciate the signal!
I must decline the Dubai invite though. I do not wish to disrespect, but many of the award voters are avid kaspians who rooted for my kaspa status at least as much as for my research. Let them win or count me out.
Crypto has turned from a euphoric cypherpunk project to a house-friendly casino. You may not be the culprit, but as a top player you hold the lion’s share of the responsibility to correct this, and the October crash your USDe oracle glitch helped trigger adds to what needs to be addressed.
There are three classes of crypto, as @mert put it recently: commercial crypto, casino crypto, cypherpunk crypto. <<Binance should hold a privilege policy for the latter.>> A TBTF CEX should know better and play a different game with hardcore crypto projects.
When binance lists a green frog three weeks post its “launch” but skips a fair-launched-Nakamoto-Consensus-100ms-upgrade-ATH-top-20-the-only-nonbitcoin-marathon-mined project, this is not merely binance rationally calculating; it is also binance molding the market in a way that is alas misaligned with the roots of the movement.
You may feel that kaspa’s sovereign money thesis is boring – that bitcoin is already money and that implementing an internet-speed bitcoin is useless - fine. Wrong but fine. But what’s the thesis for the green frog?
Money is a classic chicken-and-egg product. It is a scam up until one moment before tipping point, “most of the value comes from the value that others place in it.” Considering your resources and influence, I think it's safe to say you can serve as both the egg and the chicken and make it worth your while to push sound attempts towards tipping point.
@cz_binance tweeted recently that “strong projects will be listed.” But binance is part of what defines "strong", it bears responsibility for the market’s compass and impulse and definition of strong. It is not a read-only entity.
Binance listing fees are legit, they are just unfit for category cypherpunk. Kaspa devs and early supporters fairly mined less than half what satoshi and hals mined. We don’t have a 20% ZEC-style founders’ reward or protocol-enforced dev fund; this is not a jab at ZEC and the wonderful @Zooko, who was crashing in my car on a late Thursday back in the low ZEC MC days – if somebody deserves to win it is zooko – but assuming binance is not taking a maxi bet, it should revisit its relationship with hardcore crypto.
We are here through bull and bear, ICOs NFTs XYZs; and we are the source of confidence that restores faith and capital inflow post meme-induced or CEX-induced crashes.
Please fix this.
Thanks again,
hashdag

Exhibit B: 10 bps Nakamoto Consensus
Do you want the #Kaspa community to grow?
You want the $KAS price to go up and your bags to pump?
Then read my words below ⤵️
The majority of the really strong Kaspa community is making a crucial mistake:
They want to convince $BTC Maxis that $KAS is better than #Bitcoin
This only achieves one thing:
REJECTION!
Why?
Because you are attacking their beliefs and convictions.
What do you think will come of this?
Ease or pressure?
Acceptance or rejection?
Respect or disinterest?
Just because $Kaspa has the same consensus as Bitcoin does not mean that Kaspa has come to replace Bitcoin, compete with the world's best store of value, or even badmouth it!
What Kaspa has created IS unique!
But as long as you can't explain the first-mover bonus, you'll make yourself look ridiculous instead of winning new friends.
So what is the solution?
Instead of comparing it to digital gold (Bitcoin)... How about comparing Kaspa to digital silver instead?
It's already in the name:
Kaspa = Aramaic = silver
Would silver have prevailed if its sole mission had been to outrank gold?
Probably not!
First and foremost, learn humanity, charity, AND how to ask the right questions, which, in my opinion, no one in the $KAS community can do as well as @realvijayk, who is incredibly diplomatic and understanding in his work.
How about we, as one of the strongest communities in cryptospace, show SOLIDARITY and rely on our OWN strengths?
I think we can all agree that Kaspa lacks marketing.
But there are over 500k Kaspa holders – don't you think we have some brilliant minds hidden away here?
@thekaspaleidy & @YorichiiCrypto create the best Kaspa graphics for me
@christianludwig has a magical understanding of Kaspa and can explain the alien tech in simple terms
@skibumtrading provides brilliant chart updates
@Kaspa_HypeMan, @groddofcrypto@kaspaguru are perceived as old hands who constantly push the mission
@ScapeSquad is disciplined on X like few others
@KaspaReport provides us with insightful data
@travladd brings incredible reach
@KASNetzwerk who is constantly advancing the project within the German community.
I could go on like this FOREVER!

What I'm getting at:
Bring your expertise TOGETHER.
What I can/may/will contribute:
I've been familiar with building communities since 2012 – in 3 years, we've created by FAR the strongest one in the German-speaking world.
On top of that, I'm an entrepreneur who has the privilege of leading a team of almost 35 people (crypto related) + share the message on Instagram (177k Personal Brand Account: https://t.co/BEwqTLm3DO)
If you have any questions about scaling, sales, or marketing, I can certainly help.
Remember:
Simplicity grows...
Fancy fails!
No one in mainstream adoption cares about the groundbreaking tech behind it.
What helped $ADA achieve such a RUN in 2020/21?
A community that managed to inspire the MASSES!
Play with simple arguments, such as the grandiose comparison of speed (that´s NOT a unique selling point).
Keep explaining the difference between proof of work and proof of stake like $ETH etc. (energy must be invested to mine new coins, instead of them being created out of thin air).
Also explain what Fair Launched means.
What is the difference between this and VC-driven projects like $SOL, $XRP, $SUI etc.?
Play with the GIGA tokenomics = 1367 KAS correspond to 1 BTC
--> Purely from a tokenomics perspective (28.7b / 0.021b, there are infographics on this, give it a try and use them regularly).
Play with supply scarcity (93.45% in circulation, in July 2027 already scarcer than BTC --> Not as an attack, as a COMPARISON!)
Play with easy graphical illustrations instead of using Grok/Chat GPT To The Moon images.
Of course, all these arguments are secondary once maximum greed hits the market and the chart explodes with green dildos, but $KAS is much more than that!
Ratio is important, but emotions sell.
And without action, such a reaction is unlikely to occur.
Lack of accessibility:
Most people complain about the lack of accessibility on the major exchanges (#Binance, #Coinbase, #OKX)...
A Tier 1 CEX listing costs around $500k as an investment, correct?
But why is there still no donation account?
I'm sure we would get it filled within a few days/weeks.
Question:
What do you think are other USPs (unique selling points) that make Kaspa unique?
Explain to normal people in SIMPLE terms that #BTC + #KAS are cryptocurrencies, while everything else are crypto companies?
--> Feel free to write it in the comments
And please keep in mind:
I am NOT here to convert anyone — I am here solely to inspire and help advance mass adoption.
IMPORTANT:
Patience is a virtue!
Mass adoption takes TIME!
Consistency beats speed.
Bitcoin took 12 years to break the 1T mark... $KAS (and possibly $TAO) will have the opportunity to break this record.
Feel free to share this message, true to the motto:
If you want to change the world, change your country.
If you want to change your country, change your city.
If you want to change your city, change your street.
If you want to change your street, change your house.
If you want to change your house, change yourself.
And TOGETHER, we are capable of so much more than any lone warrior.
P.S. In the attachment, you will find a relevant image that I have not yet been able to find online, where we move away from “BTC vs. KAS” and toward a “silver vs. digital silver” perspective.
Kaspa peaked when Binance launched futures
When the largest exchange In the world launches futures on an asset, especially without launching spot in tandem, it allows for market makers to short and buy spot.
This has been the playbook with Binance and Wintermute all cycle as @martypartymusic points out very often. Short perps while farming fee’s and buy spot (the dip) and come out delta neutral or positive. This is why our cycle has lasted longer and it seems every move in crypto retraces 50% or more.
I have a strong hunch that wallet #2 (soon to be #1) is Wintermute. Their buy sell patterns are extremely calculated and measured as @skibumtrading points out almost as if they are starting to make the market while still accumulating.
The wallet also started to accumulate immediately after Kaspa’s top when Binance listed Kaspa perps.
Here’s the good news 2 parts:
1. There should be a Binance spot listing soon not that Wintermute had created a mini bear market and has been able to accumulate for cheap. They are about to turn into the top wallet and it is all their own funds that were used to accumulate kaspa (over 100musd worth). It’s confirmed that Binance was working with kaspa on wallet integration and are probably waiting to be done accumulating before an announcement.
2. Because Kaspa is fair launch Binance/Wintermute had to accumulate Kaspa on their own dime. It’s there incentive moving into the parabolic phase of the bull market now to send things the other way and re price kaspa much higher. This will allow them to siphon off some of their holding for much more in order to cover their cost basis.
A powerful entity wants to create a bear market to accumulate. Once they accumulate they DO NOT want a bear market.
I think this is the Kaspa bottom and Wintermute/Binance now wants to make fee’s and money from their investment and will send us to Valhalla.
Kaspa is the best asset in crypto, everyone knows it, they are just waiting for a hint of positive PA and there will be enormous FOMO in my opinion as we saw in 2022-2023z
392m $KAS ($31.7m) was moved today in a single transaction.
- Accepted in 1 second
- 0.0003 $KAS Fee ($0.001)
All done on a borderless proof of work, Nakamoto system.
If you do anything today, study $KAS.
#Kaspa $BTC #Bitcoin
Dear $KAS & #NachoNation -
As one of the creators behind Nacho the Kat, I want to speak directly to the incredible community that has carried this project forward — to reflect, to express gratitude, and to reaffirm our shared mission.
From the beginning, $Nacho was inspired by a real cat — the beloved feline of Kaspa researcher Shai Wyborski @DesheShai. Shai’s early encouragement and support helped shape our project’s spirit. And in the same way that his technical research shaped so much of the Kaspa protocol itself - his integrity, his openness, and his warmth helped spark what would become a living, breathing movement within the #Kaspa ecosystem.
Recently, Shai made the difficult decision to step away from the Kaspa community — a choice rooted in a complicated moment of social friction that has surfaced across the ecosystem. I want to begin by saying: Thank you, @DesheShai. For everything. For your brilliance, your integrity, your efforts, your engagement, your passion for decentralized systems, and yes — for sharing Nacho with all of us.
I also want to make something absolutely clear to everyone:
The Nacho the Kat project is strong, growing, and entirely independent of any one person. It was inspired by a name — not bound by it. Our foundation, our contributors, our community, and our roadmap are all built on something much deeper: a commitment to Kaspa itself.
Over the past year, the Nacho community has delivered far more than memes or good vibes — though we’ve done that, too. We’ve shipped serious infrastructure:
🔹 Kat Pool — the first open-source Kaspa mining pool, complete with community rewards in both KAS and NACHO.
🔹 Kat Gov — a governance protocol and platform paving the way for truly decentralized decision-making in the ecosystem.
🔹 KatScan — a public-facing analytics platform for KRC tokens, made freely available to the community.
🔹 Moonbound — a launchpad that reimagines how tokens are launched and funded on L2, with permanent liquidity, smart constraints, and full decentralization.
🔹 The Kaspa Experience Berlin — a fully on-chain conference/festival powered entirely by KAS, built to showcase the strength of our ecosystem and community.
And that’s just the beginning. The momentum we carry is no accident — it’s the result of hundreds of builders, holders, creators, and believers giving their time, energy, and passion to this movement. Nacho the Kat is no longer just a token. It’s an ecosystem of tools, art, experimentation, and community-led development — we like to believe Nacho is a cultural symbol for Kaspa itself.
In light of recent events, the community initiated a small rebrand poll — a chance to explore evolving Nacho’s image to better reflect what the project has become. Regardless of its outcome, the message is the same: This project belongs to all of us now. It always has. And it always will.
Now, to zoom out a bit.
The tensions we’ve seen within Kaspa over the past few weeks may feel loud — even chaotic and potentially devastating. But this is nothing new in the history of decentralized innovation. Bitcoin’s early years were filled with passionate clashes, ideological divides, and moments of public uncertainty. The same is happening to Kaspa now. Why?
Because when you gather brilliant, driven people who all care deeply about a shared vision, conflict is inevitable. And that’s not a bug — it’s a feature.
Disagreement is part of the process. It means people care.
So to the broader community: stay grounded. These waves will pass. We’ll look back one day and remember this as just another chapter in the wild story of how Kaspa came to be. A blip — one that shaped us, taught us, and ultimately strengthened us.
And one final note, from me to you:
Please, as we navigate these moments together —
Avoid rushing to judgment.
Avoid assuming you have all the facts.
It’s easy to join the chorus of criticism when things are unclear. It’s harder — and far more meaningful — to look for the good.
With regard to Shai. Yonatan. Michael. Eyal. Chad. And so many others.
Whatever your opinions may be, I ask you to begin from a place of appreciation. Every one of them contributed something extraordinary to Kaspa. They did so with purpose, with care, and with love for the technology and its potential. That should never be forgotten — and it should always be honored.
I hope that someday, Shai feels excited and welcome to contribute again. And either way, I wish him nothing but happiness as he begins a new chapter with his wonderful new wife and — of course — his unforgettable cat.
We’ll keep building. We’ll keep contributing.
And we’ll keep showing the world what it means to be part of Nacho Nation — where community comes first, and where Kaspa’s future is something we all shape, together.
Stay up, the combined future of Kaspa & Nacho are blindingly bright.
@KaspaCurrency@Kaspa_Commons@Kaspa_KEF@BlockchainBants@Kaspa_KAT@NachoWyborski
Dr. Shaı is a KASPA lover and an indispensable part of the KASPA ecosystem. Even the socks he wears at international conferences have the KASPA logo on them.
My prophecy: Kaspa core will keep researching, budling and delivering. Yonatan will continue to lead it in terms of vision, far-reaching long-term research and short-term endless day-to-day brainstorming. Core R&D will continue to scale and expand to wider and wider circles. Builders and developers will keep joining L2 testnets and build dapps which utilize Kaspa’s inherent superiorities. Kaspa’s marketing will decentralize more and more. There will be no central voice. As part of the many voices, core members will find ways to communicate their vision and nuanced discussions to the broader crypto community. Truthfulness will prevail. Kaspa core will identify with people who actively contribute, build, research and think about Kaspa from the moment they wake up until the moment they fall asleep. Educators, pedagogues and evangelizers will do what they do best and communicate at different levels based on their knowledge and expertise. I will keep researching, thinking, developing and posting about Kaspa and speak as directly, accurately and truthfully as I can. I love you all (not a prophecy). We just started.
Do you want to send $kas to zero? Because this is how you do it. @DesheShai is an irreplaceable asset to the community. For fucks sake he is the co author of GHOSTDAG which is literally what KAS runs on right now. The dude has done tons of educational YouTube workshops as well as long twitter threads which I often revisit when doing key word searches to better understand a topic. Do I think he and every other person bitching right now should just stop? Yes I do but for Christs sake if you push out Shai you will see many people including myself jump ship entirely out of Kaspa. Shai is an asset and has helped countless people better understand the technological marvels of Kaspa. Please fuck all the way off with this bullshit take
Done shitposting. Kaspa will not be hurt by this debacle. If they want to turn around optics I think speaking to team members from ergo would be a good idea. That’s my genuine suggestion. I don’t personally participate in kaspa anymore because the GPU mining window is over and I got what I needed out of the project. I find the ergo offer to @DesheShai interesting and could be helpful. Personally, I think people should be able to hold any opinions they want and it not affect their working life. Additionally, I think we should encourage them to share what they think. I don’t care if I agree or disagree with anyone. No one should be excommunicated for opinions. Doing so creates an echo chamber that only makes your business, blockchain and societies worse.
So @coinbase got hacked today. Hackers got all your info.
Exchanges were NEVER the solution for cryptocurrency. Exchanges are the problem with crypto! The whole point of cryptocurrency is no middle man.
Be very careful signing up for a bunch of exchanges. I myself have failed in this task due to me having to first learn the hard way when I used to want to acquire any crypto under the sun.
Always make sure you buy your cryptocurrency and send it off right away!
You're not missing anything, Joe — we're all scratching our heads.
18+ months since Futures, yet no spot listing? Something's off.
Kaspa isn’t some low-cap meme — it’s real tech, real usage, real demand.
We’re watching the biggest silent giant being held back — but not for long.
#Kaspa
I’ve used Ethereum. Waited for gas to drop. Switched wallets. Checked bridges. Paid $30 to move $15.
I’ve used Solana. Watched it fly. Then stall. Then restart.
I’ve used Bitcoin. Waited. And waited. Trusted, but never instant.
Then I found Kaspa. $KAS
No one shilled it to me.
No “airdrop soon.” No cult. No billion-dollar marketing.
Just raw code. And something rare: consistency.
I sent a transaction.
It confirmed in under 2 seconds.
It was final in less than 10.
The fee? One ten-thousandth of a dollar.
I thought: Wait — that’s it?
No bridge. No L2. No delay. No drama.
Just finality.
Then I looked deeper.
10 blocks per second.
A protocol called GhostDAG.
A mathematical breakthrough:
A network that scales by embracing parallelism — not suppressing it.
It doesn’t skip decentralization.
It doesn’t shortcut security.
And yet it delivers faster-than-internet latency —
on a permissionless, open network.
I didn’t think Proof-of-Work could feel this smooth.
But it does. Because it’s engineered, not marketed.
Kaspa is what crypto would look like
if it had been designed for people — not investors.
Not louder. Just better.
Try it once.
Then tell me you don’t feel the difference.

That thing you worked on for two years but one week before it happens all you can do is wait and watch the inevitable play out perfectly before your eyes
