分享一条city walk路线，逛完🇧🇷圣保罗金融地标

涵盖加密交易所、银行、外资大楼、咖啡和巧克力品牌店，终点在圣保罗著名的Ibirapuera Park

如果你是来巴西探索商业机会、做电商、了解加密市场，一定要走完这条路线。覆盖Faria Lima两个区域，花一天时间刚刚好。

1⃣起点Mercado Bitcoin
巴西本地的加密交易所，提供加密和雷亚尔投资产品，发行电子加密卡，跟巴西的中央银行和加密政策相关部门关系都很近。这一整栋楼都是他们公司，可以约MB的人聊聊巴西的crypto adoption

2⃣Dengo Chocolates XP店
沿着Av. Brig. Faria Lima往Itaim走20分钟，打卡地标BTG Pactual之前，路过Dengo Chocolates可以进去座椅下，这是巴西很受欢迎的巧克力品牌，可以买点伴手礼，推荐草莓口味，也有chocolate tasting 套餐，可以尝多种口味，再点杯咖啡歇歇脚。

这是在XP银行楼里的dengo品牌店，另外还有一块活动场地，是XP提供给会员使用的，可以免费预约。在巴西很多商业银行会给会员提供便利服务，比如Nubank在Ipirapuera公园就有一个客户中心，运动完之后可以冲澡、零食饮料补充能量、休息等等。巴西的银行服务在这里就可见一斑了。

3⃣BTG Pactual
是金融科技公司聚集的大楼，包括谷歌、PIX 、资管平台cvpar、巴西工商银行等。喷泉映照着棕榈树，大楼很气派。大楼一楼和休息区都是对外开放的，大家可以直接进去。上楼摆放的话需要在自助机器上凭借巴西号码和cpf预约。

4⃣Infinity大楼
穿过BTG Pactual往前走一个街区就是Infinity大楼了，Tiktok和Bloomberg在这里，同样上楼的话都是需要有预约的。这栋楼小一点，但是环境也很不错。

5⃣Ibirapuera Park
打卡完之后就可以直奔Ibirapuera Park 了，公园外面有一家Cafe Cultura，走的是咖啡文化 + 轻社交 + coworking路线，起源于Floripa，去过巴西数字游民中心Lagoa da Conceição的话，对这家咖啡厅不会陌生。

公园里面可以安排溜达1-2小时，去Nubank给会员提供的Lounge- Casa Nubank Ultravioleta。兜一圈最后去参观一下非洲博物馆Museu Afro Brasil，布展一般，但是架不住展品真的是很多，可以一看。

然后从10号口出公园，打车直接去Krapook Khao，吃一顿正宗泰餐，结束美好的一天！

EP3. ¿En Latinoamérica se usa más Pix o Mercado Pago?

【拉美加密支付怎么入局？】
近期跟各大主流CEX交流了很多拉美市场情况，大家都在看这块蛋糕，但是从哪一块入手，不同国家的GTM策略具体怎么做？有很多文章

要我说，支付和CTO是首选入口，拉美主要国家阿根廷、巴西和墨西哥放在第一梯队。

阿根廷用Mercado pago更多，对应的巴西用Pix更多。两者看似都类似于国内支付宝，前端体验没有什么区别，但是是拉美两个完全不同的支付体系。

Pix是国家级支付基础设施，更底层，由巴西央行推出的，巴西所有的银行和钱包都接入Pix，用户可以用Pix扫码支付和转账。由央行大力推动，基本全民覆盖。优点是免费，实时。

Mercado Pago更像是一个商业钱包+一个超级App，它是在电商巨头Mercado Libre旗下的支付产品，更靠近支付宝/微信。除了钱包余额、扫码支付，还有理财功能，更是打通了电商闭环。并且已经支持加密。

当然Mercado Pago也在积极探索巴西、墨西哥市场，市场份额增长的很快，里约狂欢节我看到了Mercado Pago的大屏广告和现场展位，昨天圣保罗街头也看到了Mercado Libre的快件派送车，在做Mercado Pago的移动广告。
