In fact, in most Swyer's cases, degenerated testicular tissues can be observed in streak gonads. It's a male DSD.
@oolon XY is always male, all XY DSDs are disorders of male sex development. That some of these individuals are able to take advantage of modern reorientation tech & gestate a donor pregnancy doesn't make them female.
