Here is what I know about it: My civil rights are being violated by it and @HarmeetKDhillon needs to get on it. I do have standing, even though I do not live in California. All US Citizens "have standing" in this matter. We are all harmed because of 1) our Census and 2) Elections.

If California has fraud elections, and through those fraud elections, have been able to elect representatives to Federal positions that disenfranchise voters in 49 other states... why hasn't the Supreme Court intervened to stop this?

PROOF OF CHEATING IN CALIFORNIA.

Notice that Karen Bass and Nithya Raman each increased by about 10,000 votes, but Spencer Pratts number stayed the EXACT SAME.

So, in over 20K votes cast, Spencer didn't get ONE.

This is IMPOSSIBLE.

The fix is surely in.
