@cryptocc_andres @LimeyRat @DrakeGatsby Amazon (in the US) doesn't allow ingestible CBD products, only topicals. Search Amazon for CBD gummies or oils and you'll find hemp extract products made with hemp seed oil, and hemp seeds contain zero CBD. A good rule of thumb is to never buy CBD from Amazon or gas stations. 😉

@averagejoeart In general our first recommendation to customers is exactly that (to take an oil) and then if wanted/needed supplement with a muscle rub, gummies, capsules, etc. Oils give the best overall results with the added benefit of generally being the least expensive option per MG of CBD.

@averagejoeart The only downside to a rub would be that you're only getting relief in the area where it's applied. When you take an oil you'll get both the internal benefit to your joints as well as helping you sleep. A topical rub will do nothing to help with sleep.

@averagejoeart Muscle rubs work best when trying to treat a specific area (joints, lower back, etc.) as the CBD will help reduce inflammation in those areas. If you have more chronic all-over soreness you may want to again choose an oil and then spot-treat especially bad areas with a rub.

@Bindigirl5 An oil will have higher bioavailability, will enter your system and take effect faster and in general will be much less expensive per milligram of CBD than gummies. We always recommend an oil first, then supplement with gummies if you'd like.

@AshAlexiss Everyone's metabolism is different, so while melatonin may work for some it won't work for all. And if your edibles contained THC that could hurt rather than help your sleep. (i.e. anxiety) Maybe give straight-up CBD oil a try. You need to find what works for you.

@1redsquirrel @shiv5468 If it's CBD isolate it should have no taste whatsoever. (other than flavoring additives) Full and broad spectrum CBD on the other hand can have an "earthy" taste. (i.e. bitter) We only carry CBD isolate gummies for this reason as many people are put off by that "earthy" taste.
