Deeply saddened to hear we have lost Ian Hunter.
With Littoral Arts, he fiercely & generously protected Dadaist artist Kurt Schwitters’ legacy & Merz Barn at Cylinders Farm, Cumbria.
Ian was a fountain of knowledge. His enthusiasm & love for art & human creativity was electric.

We will treasure our time with Ian, as we developed our first musical Here. He told such wonderful stories of Kurt & those he lived with on the farm. His eyes would light up, as if we were meeting Kurt himself.
