A4: People with disabilities have been asking for flexible working conditions since, well — forever. Turns out it can be done, and all can benefit.
But: new ways of working must not become new ways to discriminate people. Inclusion and accessibility still key!

@Sightsavers_Pol A4 Working from home means, we need to ensure we people with disabilities can still access the office while at home e.g giving the employees the right furniture, network accessibility, following up on their mental health and assist in the event of difficulty #inclusivefutures
A3: In 2016 we created a Social Inclusion Working Group, a community of practice formed by staff from all departments to promote #disability#inclusion in the workplace — a great way to promote participation and shared ownership! [2/4] #InclusiveFutures

A2: “The business case for inclusion has been out there. There's actually a lot of research looking at institutions who have more inclusive populations, in terms of their innovation, and disruption, and the way they look at the world.” 2/2 #InclusiveFutures.
