@AvantiWestCoast To add to that, its got severe overcrowding now thanks to your control team who advised the train manager to let everyone else on for an additional stop, even tho he correctly advised that shouldn't happen due to capacity & no air con in some carriages. Not great.

With all that’s happening in the media surrounding airports, very impressed with @NCLairport through security in less than 20 mins and sat down to our first holiday pint! Flying to Kos with @TUIUK today and so far we’ve not had any issues ✈️🙏🏻 #honeymoon

We booked our honeymoon to Kos and meant to be flying next Wednesday through @TUIUK we received a cancelled email this morning. After 4 hours on hold, we did get through to someone who was extremely helpful and we managed to change our flights from Manchester to Newcastle.

@daveyonwin @TUIUK Oh gosh ok 🥹 we started our call at 8.30 this morning. Our holiday was cancelled too. But we managed to change our flight instead of cancel the whole holiday

We phoned up and changed our flight instead of cancelling the whole holiday (flying from Newcastle now) I made the decision to take hand luggage instead so there’s less stress 😖

We dropped the 20kg baggage allowance and will only be taking hand luggage so we don’t have to worry about any lost luggage or wait at the other side! 🙏🏻

It was a package holiday we booked and the holiday was cancelled but we managed to save it by changing our flights to a different airport if this helps anyone.
