@ZARA_Care I have received the wrong order . I have contact web chat and what’s app and keep being cut off . My order number 54504297098 I haven’t received any of my 6 items and received someone else’s which is 2 x pair of jeans and perfume. Please help !!

I have 2 parcels delayed and my locker I have requested it to be delivered to has been full all this week ? I have sent 2 emails but no reply ? Can I re direct these parcels to a different location where the lockers are available ?CS0000008607933 & CS0000008861901 - any update?
