It’s also equally baffling as to why my credit card was charged months ago for a piece that has no delivery date or inkling of an idea when it may show up, yet company policy is typically to not charge a customer until the goods are ready for white glove delivery
It’s extra baffling as you send out repeated marketing emails about “In Stock Now” furniture and it’s infuriating to see the piece I’m waiting on for now 2+ months listed as one of the items that quick ship.
@FiveGuys Pittsburgh Store 1926 needs training in reading. No customers besides me, I order a hamburger and tell the cashier I can’t have dairy. Get my order and double check the receipt & confirmed my order. I get home and the entire burger patty is smothered in cheese 🤬
