@BBCWatchdog my mum is semi retired, she teaches part time in a prison (or at least did until recently, she’s now WFH). But this time of year, she would normally help make ends meet by marking SATS and GCSE papers, which she obviously won’t this year. She cannot afford this.

@BBCWatchdog So my mum is 71, diabetic with stage 4 kidney disease. Obviously she’s shielding. She’s home alone in the middle of nowhere, & this month has exceeded her 500mins allowance on her mobile contract for the first time. @VodafoneUK have charged her £200 for the privilege

@bbcwatchdog They said they’ll give her a 10% discount and will spread her repayments as she signed a contract, the charges are valid. You hear of all the nice stuff people are doing to support the vulnerable during the crisis. And then you hear this.
I think it is shameful!

When I first logged onto @Ocado this morning I was 150 in a queue of 150. Somehow now, 1.5hrs later, I’m 13,555 in line. We’ve been ill and isolating for 10 days. Been an Ocado customer for 10yr. I feel totally let down.
I’m lucky that we have a delivery due. Just can’t edit it.
