@SteveBarclay @theRCN Claps don’t feed nurses, don’t pay their housing costs, reflect their training, their skills, even the basic demand for them.
If you don’t pay them a decent amount, they will leave, less will start & agency costs will simply rise.
Year after year they have been under valued.
