@cristyclark Yes- I have coeliac disease - didn’t put 2&2 together though till... Coincidentally- so does my husband, but he only found out when they were figuring out why he had arthritis symptoms especially in his hands.

The gp who works in a local hospital should have their skills and service recognised. And big picture: it saves money- local, early, quick treatment. Not transported/delayed.

@StellaSpoons My husband was on call for a 24 hr shift at a local hospital on our 15th anniversary last week. Big deal- we celebrated the next day (even if he nearly fell asleep during lunch). B/c he has responsibilities, especially during a health emergency. Why is PM is any different?

Not the 1st time Scott has been lost without a solution (because this government is incompetent) and throws out the ‘call your GP’ line- no warning, preparation, planning or program but it looks like a legit answer. Result= clinics overwhelmed. Also - be nice. Not GP’s fault.

As I told @abc730 - when the PM urged people to call their GP to tell them they're COVID-19 positive, we were inundated with calls. One practice owner told me they had 1,000 phone calls. In one hour. Please be patient with general practice teams, we are doing our best. #COVID19

@DrEricDing And to their families- who miss out, probably not for the first time, on spending this time together but know it’s for the greater good. And that we’re thinking of them- not just for the heart ache but the foot ache too as they do that bit extra to fill the gap. ✨

@somewherein84 I’ve got 2 kids home too. Their older sibling (vaxxed)+ dad and I have all sailed through day6 testing -ve. But it’s been ‘a week’ everyone had a pressure valve. Silver lining- the youngest turned to learning French baking 😂 Take care, merry Christmas (hope it’s healthy)🎄
