@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I need to share the customer service I have received from airbnb. After a week of hours on hold, being passed from one person to the next. No one has solved or explained to me the reasoning why they will not refund me.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp "Entire Cottage" means the bottom floor of a cottage now? Each person I spoke to gave me the same generic answer and ended the "ticket." That is not okay. You need to allow your customers to communicate with you. You need to advertise in a truthful way.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I booked a cottage- it was listed as "entire cottage," Then the week of our trip a review says- actually the host lives upstairs. This is false advertising. Airbnb has done an "investigation" and says that they are not at fault. What does Entire Cottage mean?
