@BritishGasHelp Hi my mum waited in for an engineer today and he did not arrive, an engineer was meant to turn up last Thursday and it was cancelled as they said they had no engineers, the heating is not working and my mum is nearly 80 and has asthma, we need it fixed asap

@HywelDdaHB My mum is nearly 80 and has asthma, she was sent an appointment for a vaccine at Newcastle Emlyn, she is unable to attend but can't get through on the phone, I was going to take her to a walk in centre but now they have closed we are unsure what to do
