@LNER Not a reserved seat, but by every reasonable expectation I bought a seat. I reserved 2 tickets for the specific 10 train. Says sit in any open seat- nothing that I am buy transport only and will need to stand for 4 hours. Return tickets have seats reserved, same price. Bought3/19

Horrendous train service on London Northeastern Railway to Edinburgh. 100s of people in aisle. Verbal altercations between seated passengers and others arriving with reserved seats. Staff only at snack bar and in 1st class. Take the plane.@LNER
