Having fun with @AirbnbHelp who are telling me I cannot get a refund for my holiday in the Lake Country despite government restrictions disallowing unnecessary travel to the area. Apparently the actual town isn’t on fire, so I lose my money. Kelowna and Kamloops on fire.

@BBCWorld Apparently @Airbnb don't consider this state of emergency or the travel restrictions applicable to their customers travelling to the central interior. @airbnbhelp helpfully adding an arrow to prove the location is not applicable. Emergency services need the roads!
