@Telstra Thanks for your quick reply but it’s not particularly helpful.... I have been checking the outage website as mentioned in my tweet. But it’s been a week now with no internet? What is going on? I, like many, need internet to work.
@Telstra could someone advise what’s going on with the outage in QLD 4212? I’ve had no internet for a week now. Earlier today the outage page said it would be back to working order within hours. Now it’s saying it will be days before it’s fixed! This is not good enough!!
@ActewAGLAssist I need assistance from someone who knows what they are doing! I have spoken with a number of your staff, all of whom have failed to perform a basic task (despite telling me they have!). It is so frustrating.
@Qantas - you need to work on your customer care. I am a QC member and have experienced the worst service ever today. Currently been on hold for 35 minutes chasing up mishandled baggage after finally finding the correct contact details.
