Today I'm at NUS membership services conference talking about how HE providers and student should work closely together to improve the student experience. We also need to lobby gov to ensure student maintenance loans meet basic living costs so students can thrive.

We need to understand student demand and motivations. There is a different offer to those who wish to upskill vs those who want to re-skill. We also need to justify why HE accreditation matters - rather than just jumping on a free/cheaper online course
