@wowcher unbelievably poor customer service! Unable to get hold of you regarding a deal you sold me on the weekend that is no longer on offer from the merchant,a fact they informed you off 6 months ago!Are you purposely making it hard for me to get a refund?
@Wowcher_Support purchased a wowcher from you, called the merchant to redeem only to be told they no longer offer the deal and that wowcher were informed of this 6 months ago. No answer from your WhatsApp when trying to get a refund.
@CloudNineC9 Emailed over a month ago regarding being charged to return an item despite being bombarded by promotional emails advertising free returns I have not yet had a reply from cloud nine. Absolutely disgusted by your customer service
@boohoo_cshelp ordered next day delivery, that didn’t turn up, now the courier says they have delivered my parcel but the photo of where they left it isn’t my flat! No answer from boohoo on WhatsApp now and Hermes aren’t answering either. What a joke

@Fly_Norwegian had a refund agree but Norwegian on the 28th Feb. BEFORE the declaration of a pandemic. Still haven’t had my refund, and no replies to my email. My refund is nothing to do with Corona so no excuses for not paying up
