@KirstieMAllsopp I was put on a train to Strasbourg, via Paris when I was just 16 to represent U.K. in a European conference of national boys clubs. Russia were the only other country to send a girl. I remember being disappointed you couldn’t see fish when I went under the channel!! Best memories

When @DirectLine mismanage a claim so badly you end up tens of thousands out of pocket and they just say it not in the policy. My policy also didn’t include leaving me in a hotel for 13 months instead of 2.5 and damaging my home, but they still did it. #badservice #causation
