given that there’s only one working toilet on this whole train (09.43 from Exeter to Paddington), I can see a perverse logic in having no hot or cold drinks available. But customer comfort would be enhanced if you could see your way to fixing the problems

@LivsFoster I couldn't agree more! The app on my phone tells me that it is now 2061 days since I last drank alcohol - 2061 days of deep joy, peace and learning. Like @LivsFoster says, if you are thinking of going alcohol free, be kind to yourself and just do it.
