A lot of high-performers have children.
That means if you want to build a high-performing org, you have to build the best possible working environment for parents.
It’s stories like these that inspired me to explore our love for #spontaneity in entertainment with @KatherineMDu & @keishacutright1.
This *on-the-spot* collab helped put Eminem on the map and won him his first Grammy.
Are you still reeling from the emotional rollercoaster of @Succession’s Season 4 (in a good way)?
That might have something to do with how much they improvised key moments.

Great entertainment often has spontaneity—ad-libbed lines (Lotus’ “Peppa Pig”), last-minute recordings (Beatles’ 1969 rooftop concert), on-the-fly sports plays (Mahomes’ “flick” pass). But do consumers like spontaneity in entertainment? Why or why not? (1/6)
Saw this "dueling preference" tips tactic at a café. It seems like they have read this @jofmarketing paper by @jacirifkin, @KatherineMDu, & @j1berger: https://t.co/0MIOWolLmD I picked Koda-Bear by the way 🐕

@jacirifkin (our awesome leader), @keishacutright1, and I had a blast exploring consumers' fascination with spontaneity in our forthcoming @JCRNEWS paper. What are some of your favorite spontaneous moments in entertainment (like movies, TV, sports, or music)? (1/2)
Some of my favorite moments from pop culture were ab-libbed. After several years of me-search, my amazing co-authors (@KatherineMDu, @keishacutright1) and I have learned that this isn't a coincidence!

Only in Milwaukee does a local meteorologist (@FOX6Weather) use a stack of bloody mary garnishes to demonstrate how layers of ice can accumulate, and then in the next sentence politely scold an Illinois driver blowing by their news van. Peak audience awareness 👏🏻
Excited about this line up for tomorrow👑. If you're attending the *inaugural* Authenticity preconference, you're in for a real treat 🥳🎉🙌🏾!
