🚨BREAKING: ICE agents have shot and killed another man who was allegedly trying to flee, in Houston, Texas.

According to DHS, he “weaponized his vehicle”… which seems to be the explanation we hear almost every time an ICE agent shoots someone.

More times than not, those claims have been challenged, or outright contradicted, once video footage, and independent evidence, have come to out.

So, understand that this is DHS’s version of events. It is not the established facts.

Law enforcement cannot use deadly force simply because someone is fleeing. Deadly force is only constitutionally justified if the agent reasonably believes the person poses an imminent threat of death, or serious bodily harm, to the officer or others.

The public deserves the truth, not a bs statement released before DHS has even viewed any evidence.

And that’s why video evidence matters.
