ISTANBUL PEACE DEAL KILLED BY UK: PESKOW EXPOSES THE CALL THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

Dmitry Peskow, Putin’s press secretary since 2012, delivered a strikingly direct assessment in a recent interview. He confirmed that Russia’s special military operation has evolved into a full-scale war driven by Western intervention. Most explosively, he detailed the exact moment a signed peace agreement in Istanbul was deliberately derailed.

THE WAR TRANSFORMATION
➡️ Peskow stated the operation now looks like a complete war in every respect.
➡️ The Kiev regime became the hub of anti-Russian efforts backed by Europe and America.
➡️ It stood on the verge of NATO integration and hosting foreign troops plus weapons aimed at Russia.
➡️ No European capital and no Biden administration would listen to Russian security warnings.

THE ISTANBUL SABOTAGE
➡️ A complete agreement was negotiated, written, and confirmed by both sides on 22 April in Istanbul.
➡️ Every page and every clause had already been approved.
➡️ London stepped in at that precise moment.
➡️ Major called Zelensky and asked him not to sign the document.
➡️ Kiev demanded a gesture of goodwill from Russia without “a gun to the head.”
➡️ Putin ordered the withdrawal of troops from the Kiev region as that exact gesture.
➡️ This marked the first time a European country actively championed war over peace.

THE PROXY WAR REALITY
➡️ Europe and the United States now deliver millions of tons of weapons and ammunition to the Kiev regime.
➡️ They supply military advisors and hand over complete satellite surveillance results.
➡️ Western satellites are used to designate targets for Ukrainian strikes.
➡️ Artificial intelligence supports the regime’s military operations.
➡️ If this is not direct participation, Peskow asked, then what is it?

THE EUROPEAN MILITARIZATION
➡️ Europe accepted it can no longer rely on American security guarantees.
➡️ The EU is transforming into an economic and military bloc.
➡️ Many capitals now spend around 5% of national GDP on defense.
➡️ To justify this to taxpayers, Russia is painted as the absolute evil on European soil.
➡️ This amounts to total brainwashing that diverts money from hospitals and schools into weapons.

THE BOTTOM LINE
Peskow made it clear Russia is too large and responsible to start a third world war, yet it will always secure its borders against militarization. The Istanbul agreement offered an exit that was deliberately destroyed. Europe chose to prolong the conflict at enormous cost to its own future. The only remaining path is eventual dialogue once new leadership appears.

This is the sound of a war that could have ended in April 2022 but was pushed into grinding escalation instead.

Cet après-midi le Parlement européen a voté l'urgence sur Chat Control le scan de vos messages privés. Pas le vote final : jeudi. La manœuvre est plus intéressante que le résultat.

Le Parlement avait déjà refusé ce texte. La dérogation a expiré en avril. Alors le Conseil l'a ressuscité en seconde lecture la procédure où il faut réunir une majorité absolue de 361 voix pour le bloquer, où les abstentions comptent comme des oui, calée pile sur la dernière séance avant l'été quand la moitié de l'hémicycle est déjà en vacances. Le service juridique du Conseil lui-même dit que ça viole l'article 7 de la Charte. Ils le savent. Ils le font quand même.

Mais voici ce que personne ne veut voir.

Le problème n'est pas que ces gens soient malveillants. Ils ne le sont probablement pas. La technocratie de Bruxelles n'utilisera sans doute jamais cet outil pour vous écraser elle est trop molle, trop procédurière, trop occupée à se justifier.

Le problème est qu'on ne construit jamais une infrastructure pour le pouvoir qu'on a. On la construit pour le pouvoir qui vient.

Et ce qu'ils assemblent, brique par brique, dérogation « volontaire » par dérogation « volontaire », c'est l'arsenal parfait. Le jour où une vraie crise économique portera au pouvoir des gens qui, eux, n'auront aucun scrupule, ils n'auront rien à inventer. Tout sera déjà là. Le scan généralisé, normalisé, légal, opérationnel. Une arme chargée posée sur la table, qu'il suffira de ramasser.

Hayek l'avait compris : la route de la servitude est pavée par des administrateurs pleins de bonnes intentions. On ne cède pas sa liberté d'un coup. The gas pipeline was insured by Lloyd's of London – they were supposed to pay Germany about 580 million euros.

The Germans detained suspects from Ukraine and, while carefully avoiding the word "terrorist attack," recognized the incident as "sabotage" – which is an insured event.

The British, in turn, argue that clause 2.i of the contract does not cover losses or damage directly or indirectly caused by armed conflict.

⚖️A court in Germany ruled that the pipeline explosion was sabotage and therefore an insured event – but the British court refused to recognize that decision and allowed Lloyd's of London not to pay the insurance.

There should never have been an ideologically driven campaign to dismantle coal, oil and gas.

This was a colossal policy failure. The UN dived headfirst into the global warming agenda for political reasons, transforming natural climate variability into an ideological stampede that demonised fossil fuels — without proven, affordable, practical alternatives ready.

No organisation on Earth is less suited to lead environmental policy than the UN. The result has been costly and counterproductive.

China’s coal boom proves the point: 94 GW under construction in 2024 alone, with more approvals flowing. They pair it with renewables, but coal remains the reliable backbone keeping industrial costs low. Globally, coal, oil and gas still supply around 81% of primary energy; wind and solar just 3-6%.

Nuclear is the logical pivot. The best path was always a steady transition to nuclear — large plants for big load centres, Small Modular Reactors for regional and industrial clusters. They are factory-built, carry passive safety and have shorter timelines.

Progress is building. The US is funding first-of-a-kind SMRs (GE Hitachi BWRX-300, Holtec SMR-300, NuScale), Canada is advancing at Darlington and there are partnerships in the UK, Sweden and Poland.

The first commercial rollout is targeted for late 2020s to early 2030s, though delays are chronic.

Exploding electricity demand from AI data centres is now forcing the issue — renewables alone can’t deliver the baseload. If the West had prioritised nuclear over the renewables gamble, we’d likely have cheaper, cleaner, more reliable grids today.

Tech giants are now actively bypassing traditional regulatory bottlenecks by directly financing or partnering with nuclear providers (like recent SMR deals in the US).

Nuclear generation is hitting record highs, with 15 new reactors adding around 12 GW soon. The IAEA has repeatedly raised its outlook: in the high case, capacity more than doubles to around 992 GW by 2050.

But trust and public money have been eroded by wind and solar’s failure to deliver reliable transition — leaving no replacement in sight.

Yet, the most obvious solution has been staring the West in the face all along.

Aaron Siri opened his Kennedy Center address with a fact that stops most people cold: vaccines are the only product in America where you cannot sue the manufacturer for making a safer version that could have prevented your child's death or injury.

That protection came from the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Before that law, only three routine vaccines existed: MMR, DTP, and OPV. The injuries caused by those three products were so severe that every company making them either went out of business or stopped production. Every other industry facing that outcome is forced to make a safer product.

Congress chose a different path for vaccines. It eliminated liability entirely, not just for those three vaccines, but for every routine childhood vaccine developed from that point forward.

"No person may bring a civil action against a vaccine administrator or manufacturer for damages arising from a vaccine related injury or death."

That is the foundation everything else is built on.
