@British_Airways Of course I am able to provide proof of flight and responses received. I’m guessing as we all claimed separately the staff had no idea we were together. My brother got €600, yet my cousin was told that our flight was not entitled to any compensation.
@British_Airways Hi BA. A group booking have all been given different answers for a long flight delay we had… one got the full amount €600, three got half of that, two got told they weren’t entitled to anything and the other 6 have had no reply since the 8th April…
