A group of twelve in a severely delayed flight, all got compensation ranging from £0 (told not entitled) to £600pp. Different answers from different staff. Some have not even been acknowledged by customer service a year later.

@TomPlender I have been told directly by a neurologist that he personally did not believe in the existence of FND. others specialise in it. It makes no sense. There’s no support of treatment where I am now.

@TomPlender Thank you for this. I have become almost afraid to seek medical help over the past 11 years because of the dx. I never know if I will get the dismissive eye roll - which is happened - as has the judgement from some in the medical profession.
