महिलाओं को 10 हज़ार रूपया नगद देकर और चुनाव बाद दो लाख ₹ ओर देने का वादा करने वाले प्रधानमंत्री ऐसी घटनाओं पर मौनी बाबा बन चुके है। एनडीए सरकार में महिलाओं, छात्रों, गरीबों और दलितों पर अत्याचार में अप्रत्याशित वृद्धि हुई है।

बिहार का खजाना लुटाकर तथा महिलाओं को 2 लाख रुपए देने का लालच देकर श्री नीतीश कुमार तो चार महीने में ही अपना झोला-झंडा उठाकर चल दिए।

विधानसभा चुनाव के अंतिम 35 दिनों में बिहार के खजाने से ही एक बीमार मुख्यमंत्री से 41 हज़ार करोड़ रुपए बंटवाकर तथा तंत्र व यंत्र से विजय हासिल कर घमंड में डूबे बीजेपी के दो शीर्ष नेता नौसिखिए हाथों में बिहार की बागडोर देकर, पता नहीं बिहार से किस जुर्म का बदला ले रहे है?

बिहार के इस हालात के अकेले ज़िम्मेवार प्रधानमंत्री श्रीमान @narendramodi जी हैं। भाजपा और उनकी पिछलग्गु पार्टियों को ऐसी घटनाओं पर शर्म भी नहीं आती।

Subject-: Request to operate Katihar-Patna Intercity Express (15713/14) via diverted route instead of partial cancellation. The partial cancellation of the Katihar-Patna Intercity Express (15713/14) between Barauni and Patna from 21/09/2026 to 04/10/2026 will cause immense inconvenience to thousands of daily commuters on this route.

Just as the Lalitgram-Saharsa-Patna Rajya Rani Express has been diverted via Barauni–Hajipur and terminated at Sonpur, the Katihar-Patna Intercity Express should also be operated via the Barauni–Hajipur route to either Sonpur or Patliputra during this period.

This adjustment would provide critical relief to thousands of daily commuters, including students, patients, working professionals, and businesspeople. Kindly consider running the Intercity Express on this alternative route, similar to the Rajya Rani Express, to prevent public hardship.

The Katihar-Patna Intercity Express (15713/14) will remain cancelled between Barauni and Patna from 21/09/2026 to 04/10/2026. This will cause immense inconvenience to thousands of daily commuters travelling to Patna on this route.

The Katihar-Patna Intercity Express should also be operated via Barauni–Hajipur to either Sonpur or Patliputra during these cancellation dates. This would greatly benefit thousands of daily commuters, including students, patients, working professionals, and businesspeople. Please operate the Katihar-Patna Intercity Express in the same manner as the Rajya Rani Express.

View of the imminent festive rush for Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja, I kindly urge the authorities to resume special train operations connecting Udaipur City to Katihar, Jogbani, and New Jalpaiguri. At present, regular express trains on this corridor are overwhelmed, displaying exceptionally long waiting lists.

In view of the upcoming festivals Durga Puja, Diwali & Chhath Puja, special trains should be re-start from MYS/SBC to Katihar/MFP for the convenience of the passengers. Currently running 15228/27 Wkly exp trains in this route running with long waitlisted/Regret Status.

Why hasn't Indian Railways run a special train from Delhi to Katihar yet? Passengers traveling by train to Katihar are facing a lot of problems. There's not even enough standing space in the coaches, and @drm_dli is only running special trains to Patna/Gaya/Bgp/Mfp/Bju.
