Komme, was wolle.
SEN. KELLY: How many times have Vance and Rubio been to Ukraine? Zero. Has Trump been to Ukraine? No.
He invited Putin to United States, but he still failed to send anybody at high level in his government to visit Ukraine. Have Kushner or Witkoff been to Ukraine? They have not.
Just look at how sick the Salafi mindset is. These cutthroats in suits, presenting themselves to the Western establishment as “moderates,” have found a way to cap women’s education while pretending the opposite. They say they support education for everyone, for both women and men, then they separate boys and girls in school, and for the girls’ final high school exam they introduce a math test you would expect in top Chinese universities. Of course, the exam for the boys is much, much easier. If there were a free press in Syria, which there isn’t, they would ask the Ministry of Education, a long-time Al-Qaeda cleric, to try to solve even one of the math problems given to these young women, who spent five years studying like mules, clinging to the smallest sliver of hope for a chance to escape a life of poverty and misery after years of civil war. Those who can afford it will have to repeat the year, and keep trying until learned helplessness forces them back into the kitchen. That’s the plan. That’s how the system will work from now on in Syria. On the surface, they will keep parroting European Union-style language about opportunity, inclusion, and progress. But in reality, they are implementing a deeply reactionary worldview rooted in Al-Qaeda ideology, just repackaged in the hypocritical language of neoliberalism. Welcome to Al-Qaeda Inc. 2.0: wearing a suit, beard neatly trimmed, but in substance, the same old misogynist bastards.
Insane self-blinding of the US. They are throwing away their investment in the ocean observation system and its benefits.
The only explanation I can think of: they don’t want the people to know what their fossil fuel emissions are doing to our oceans.

Russians dropped 12 cluster munitions on Vasylivka in Dnipropetrovsk region — the village is now in ruins, 9 people wounded. All night and morning, Kherson was on fire as Russia hammered the city with guided aerial bombs since dawn. There is no defense against these bombs — the only option left is to evacuate.
Russia is striking at least 8 Ukrainian regions with aerial bombs. Hell on earth.
The details about the Tate brothers in this @newyorker profile are as sick as anything you will ever read. They are rapists, pornographers, traffickers - and heroes to the "conservative" MAGA movement

This is Oleh.
He was 2.
russia decided that was enough.
A missile hit his home, killing Oleh, his mother, and 14 neighbors.
He never saw peace.
Never started school.
Never had a future.
His life ended before it began.
Three years ago, on June 6, 2023, russians destroyed the Kakhovka Dam — one of the worst ecological disasters of the century.
Hundreds of villages flooded, dozens of lives lost, ecosystems wiped out for generations.
Not an accident — state terror.
We remember.
This is really stupid, and it’s not getting enough attention.
The Trump administration is pulling a working $368 million ocean monitoring system out of the water, equipment taxpayers already bought, built, and sank into the deep ocean.
And they are doing it right when the oceans are behaving in ways that alarm the scientists who study them.
Record-breaking temperatures.
A system of Atlantic currents that may be lurching toward collapse.
The response?
Yank out the instruments and walk away.
That is not budgeting. That is smashing the gauges while the engine is on fire and calling it efficiency.
For what? The Trump administration dressed it up as a “nimbler approach” and “smart lifecycle management,” which is fancy nonsense for “we shut it off and hoped nobody would ask why.” There is no return-on-investment analysis. They cannot show taxpayers save a dime, because the gear is already paid for and the science it produces protects real money and real lives.
The kicker: the same people killing the monitors want to mine the deep sea for minerals. So they are destroying the only tools that could measure what that mining does. That is not an accident.
That is the point. You cannot see the damage if you break the instruments first.

This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

I'm afraid that this is why the US administration wants to shut down ocean observations: they don't want the people to know what is happening in our oceans, as it does not fit their ideology and the interests of their fossil fuel industry funders.

Islamic regime chemical attacked thousands of schoolgirls while they were studying…
This woman is the mother of one of the poisoned girls, who is protesting her daughter's condition and her poisoning, and the mercenaries of the Islamic Republic are treating her with such brutality and disregard for human dignity.
