@WHAAsstSecty @USEmbCuba #DV2020 were not able to use their visas due to the fact that Cuba didn’t have a US Embassy at that time. #Covid didn’t let them go to Guyana to renew their visas before the dead line. They deserve to use their visas and be able to renew them in Havana.

@StateDept some #dv2020 families hold an expired lottery visa because they were not able to use it due to #Covid travel restrictions.They finished their process but were not able to travel.Mainly Cuban & Venezuelan families are dealing w/this sad situation.Are you aware of this?
