@pandocruises Have spoken to many seasoned P&O cruisers who have all said how awful Saturday was. Got to say that staff on board Ventura, who we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with, have all been amazing. Shame you don’t oversee your main hub terminal to the same high standards.

@pandocruises You may want to monitor how the third party operates as they represent you. I asked a staff member if it is always such disorganised chaos & received a gleeful “Oh yes!” with a massive smile. I completely understand the staggered boarding concept but it needs to be announced.
