@ZARA staff as rude as ever in @whiteroseleeds store…trying to return a top with make up on (for that reason) and told in the RUDEST way I can’t return because it’s got make up on 🤯 now I’m out of pocket with a top that’s stained! Cheers @ZARA

@W_arre_N @viagogo So I have now escalated to trading standards!! Let's hope they can help as @viagogo have now been saying the same thing to me for nearly 2 weeks and now can't even get through on phone!!! Jokers!

[Katy Blackburn @Katy_b26]

NEVER sell tickets on @viagogo complete disgrace! Sold 3 tickets, sent them next day special delivery, they arrived and were signed for (I have the proof) they cancelled my order, charged ME for the pleasure and now claiming I don't have an account with them!!! #fraud #scammers

[Katy Blackburn @Katy_b26]

@ArgosHelpers I’d love to send you my screen shots of the incompetence I encountered but your robotic message system won’t allow. Let’s hope you can blame the disgusting service I received on a robot called Lilly 😏 send me a proper email address please I intend to take this complaint further

[Katy Blackburn @Katy_b26]

Appalled by the “customer service” I just received @Argos_Online by one of their live chat team! Honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a rude response from someone who should be helping customers! Couldn’t even spell my name right, are they even trained @ArgosHelpers

Calm before the storm #excludeduk

[Martin Lewis @MartinSLewis]

I'm lending my support to the handing in of the #excludeduk petition today, joining cross party MPs

Not been outside m'house to work for 4mths. 1hr 20 walk there so expect a v. sweaty photo-opp.Yet its worth it. We must support those unsupported through no fault of their own.
