They don’t know routes but won’t listen to suggestion. Radio is loud non stop loud chatter on their phones, worse is those who keep phone on speaker and give you death glares if asked to take it off speaker. Uber needs to become more than an aggregating platform.

@Uber do you conduct any kind of screening or anyone with a license and a car you sign on and leave it to commuters to struggle with the uncouth behaviour bad manners untidy smelly cars and in summer the poor ac? I am shocked at the rudeness of the drivers last 1 week.

@Uber_India I have a query on how drivers are hired by uber or do you just sign up with anyone who has a vehicle and license? Messy cars, drivers non stop on calls, checking Wa, some have small screens and watch videos. Do you believe in road safety? And the honking… 😠
