… not transparent at all. And the transaction they reversed for us shows as eligible for seller protection and confirmed address. Yet they took the money and changed the status to “do not ship (a week after the transaction) with no means to make use of seller protection!

… reverse past transactions into their own pocket. Just quotes it’s with a specialist team and happening to loads of sellers but they don’t know why. Because of how it’s done everyone should check their PayPal’s transactions and raise a formal complaint…

I’ve also been talking to other sellers and apparently PayPal has taken money from many sellers by transferring it to themselves. No disputes for anyone. Money gone to PayPal. Not one seller has been told why and the transactions…
@Jacobmatchinsk@TikTokSupport Nope! They miraculously cancelled 7 of the 8 cases for supposed counterfeit products off but won’t reply why they left the last one active nor why the distributor invoice and statement images and text can be used for online listings isn’t sufficient 🤦🏻���♂️
@TikTokSupport absolutely dreadful. Your automatic system suspended us claiming we sell counterfeit products. Yet they are all from the UK master distributor for that brand. Tried speaking with your support for help but they basically just ignore the help request!
Still no further with TikTok! Telling me that it can’t be appealed. Yet their own policy states an invoice from a distributor is sufficient. Which I uploaded! 😡
@TikTokSupport@CitizensAdvice any help you can offer with @tiktok_uk illegally with holding our money and having banned us for allegedly selling counterfeit products but refusing to review the invoices confirming they are authentic??? We are too small to take them to court 😿
@TikTokSupport … to pay out money they are holding for orders we already shipped! How can it be acceptable that a marketplace platform in the U.K. can just ignore evidence of the contrary to what their automation decided and illegally withhold money that belongs to its sellers???
