Even after giving an ok report but the problem still continues. When I called your Vendor he says that the battery make is of 2020. Now, how does that concern me when its your dealership that gave me this prefitted the battery. I need answers. @consumercourtin @suzuki2wheelers

@suzuki2wheelers i had purcahsed a two wheeler last February. It had a prefitted #Amco battery which stopped working last December 2021. I coplained at the service centre in Goa who sent it to a vendor who inturn gave an Ok report.

@suzuki2wheelers I had purcahsed an Access 125 frim one of dealerships in Navi Mumbai. The vehicle had a prefitted battery of #Amco make which suddenly stopped working last year.

@TheOfficialSBI The status is still the same. It says "Sent To The Approver". This status has been the same for almost 2 weeks now!!

@TheOfficialSBI its a month now still no resolution to my complaint it still says Sent to the Approver. Why is it taking so long. Even the business shows one deduction. Kindly find the images for your reference and do the needful!!
