Project ROGER is a rapidly deployable comms infra that are meant to be pre-placed in vulnerable areas like in #RollyPH. It is in our hope that technologies like ROGER be available for LGUs and other relevant agencies in the future.

Dikap was connected to the internet only last Jan 2020. This year, they renewed their service contract using their revenue streams. A big step forward!
