I'm getting messages from talk support which uses the Iceland logo, I have given the details but now believe it may be a fraud asking me to put a claim through the Lemfi app, which sounds unusual. This situation is becoming very stressful.

@OfficialFV second time delivering my chairs, as first time the batch numbers were all different. Again the same has happend and had to reject delivery. Thought I was buying with peace of mind, but this experience has been exhausting.really poor from Furniture Village.
@BandQ visited the beckton on Saturday, wanting to return a product. The collection point was empty and returns can be processed there, but the Manager Sarah directed everyone to join the long queue which was going into the aisle. She stated only if she calls people can go over
@OfficialFV our dining table and chairs got delivered a week ago. However, due to renovation we kept them covered. Uncovered it today only to realise 3 chairs are one colour and the other 1 chair is a different colour. Very disappointing. Need this sorted ASAP please

@AldiUK visited the Dagenham branch yesterday. Unfortunately the experience was extremely poor. Product needed wasn't on the shelf but on the crate in front of the shelf, asked 'Omar' to help me get it but refused. His attitude was appaulling. Waste of journey.
@WingstopUK made the journey to becton store to claim my free 8 wings which I received for signing up. But upon arrival I was refused, saying they are not honouring this. It was humiliating and was not expecting this from wingstop.
@Argos_Online 2/2 this is very disappointing as it should have been checked properly, he is only 2 and doesn't understand that we have to return the product. We have purchased 2 more Henry's previously and can easily tell when a product is new and when it is returned.

@Betterhelpers took my son to soft play in Mile end on Tuesday, was the first there in the morning. Unfortunately, the place was not cleaned and was filthy. My son kept on wanting to touch rubbish. Very disappointing.
