I honestly think they should incentivize companies hiring SAHM to work from home. I work from home with my kids in a job that most companies are hiring out overseas. Every single client I talk to that hears my baby in the background tells me how happy it makes them and that they’d much rather work with me my baby in tow then someone that isn’t in this country doesn’t speak English and has no idea what they are doing
Similar situation- I come from a girl family- I only have sisters my mom only has sisters I only have one boy cousin and one nephew . My husband has only one brother who he can’t stand we were hoping for all girls. Our first was a girl, she’s perfect. Our second was a boy- we weren’t disappointed but my gut reaction was ‘aw I love my sisters so much I want my daughter to have a sister too” this little boy is the light of our life. He loves me and his sister in particular so much. These women don’t deserve the level of love a mother gets from their son.
@Jaeja_Vu@AldaMetaX@xQwirk It can be argued that it’s malpractice to ignore the multiple notes of suspecting BP2 along with the multiple notes noting the symptoms of medical induced psychosis while on the SSRIs. Watch the whole trial.
Do you know anything about how psychiatry licenses work? My mother-in-law was a licensed therapist. She lost her license due to an unofficial handover to a new therapist. You need to officially hand over the paitent and medical history or it’s considered paitent abandonment. That’s exactly what they did-tell her to go elsewhere and not write an official referral. You lose your license because of that. Even without the mass malpractice with the BP2 diagnosis (which is a whole other argument I believe both her and Patrick can win- because they are both suing for malpractice) they would lose it just on that. Don’t talk about what you don’t know.
I had someone tell me I was lying, evil and should have my children taken away because I stated the very well documented and easily googlable fact that you can’t take SSRIs while bipolar and Lindsay was diagnosed BP2 or it’d result in manic psychosis, these people just want to believe what makes them feel better they won’t care about actual facts
Watch the trial. They noted multiple times in her medical history that she showed signs of BP2 and then gave her SSRIs that cause manic psychosis in bipolar patients they then continue to note worsening signs of psychosis and do nothing but unofficially refer her elsewhere. It’s pretty black and while when you watch the trial
@FreeKarenRead3 Thank you!!! The number of people that tell me I’m lying or am evil and should have my children taken from me because I correct them on court documented facts without stating my opinion is crazy. They’re all fired up without watching ten seconds of the trial
I said the same thing pointing out that the evidence points to medically induced psychosis because she was bp2 and given SSRIs that cause manic psychosis. I said I wasn’t sure but leaning towards mental instatution. The pro Lindsay crowed have been willing to hear that argument and voice theirs in fair discourse. The anti Lindsay say I’m evil and should burn in hell and have my children taken from me for stating and correcting what her actual plea is. It’s very telling.
She most likely will because that’s not what the lawsuit is. No one bothers to read the actual legal documents before they post. It’s about the fact that it was noted numerous times that she was suspected to be BP2 and they still gave her SSRIs that cause extreme manic psychosis in bipolar patients. Additionally they kept turning her away and unofficially referring her elsewhere without an official handover to a new provider, that’s how you lose your license as a psychiatric provider it’s considered patient abandonment
@xQwirk They’re being sued because they noted multiple times that she showed signs of BP2 and then continued to prescribe her SSRIs that cause extreme manic psychosis in bipolar patients. That’s the most important element and that’s what everyone keep ignoring
Nurse Jolatta (I apologize for any mispells I use speak to text because I have a job and a house to clean and a teething baby that won’t let me put him down so it’s easier) the second nurse I don’t recall her name, but she was the nurse at the inpatient facility she stayed at over new years
@j__money___@Danih2go@nicoledmaher@Casey_Muldoon She was diagnosed BP2 and given SSRIs which you can not take while bipolar because it causes extreme manic psychoses, that’s the whole point defense made
I said the same thing and another post in my opinion that would be not following the deliberation instructions in accordance with the law. If I had to guess I would think that his argument is that there is evidence that she was in a medically induced psychosis due to taking SSRIs while BP2 but has doubt on how it would impair her judgment based off of outside information and not testimony or evidence presented in the trial. That would be an example of not deliberating within accordance to the law as they are only able to deliberate what was presented in the trial. So if he is hung up on a “ my wife was on that medication” argument for example that would go against the instructions.
The defense already stated and they’re closing argument that they request Lindsey be able to remain at Tewksbury Hospital where they are confident the providers have her best interest at heart when it comes to monitoring her medication and the reactions to it as well as her 24/7 suicide watch. Whether or not you agree doesn’t change that that is their request and intent if she is found not criminal liable
Yes, but it’s more then her just being on medication, most people lost the fact that she was diagnosed BP2 and prescribed SSRIs which caused extreme manic psychosis in a bipolar patient. Part of manic psychosis is being able to operate incredibly organized in some things while being completely disconnected from reality and their actions. That’s the most important point that they were presenting evidence to support and it got lost in all the nonsense talk online.
That’s literally what the defense requested in their closing statement. He said they requested Lindsey remain at Tewksbury Hospital where are the medical providers are closely monitoring her medication reactions and she’s on 24 seven suicide watch by providers who have her well-being in mind. Whether or not you agree, that is what they are requesting
Their opening statement was that she basically faked mental illness and everything was 100% calculated and long-term planned because she didn’t want to be a mother anymore. By closing statement, they abandoned all of that admitted that she was mentally ill admitted that there was medical malpractice, but we’re begging the jury to feel like that wasn’t enough to find her not legally responsible due to medical impairment, which is her actual plea
According to the note, he admitted to reasonable doubt, but refused to follow the instructions to deliberate within the frame of reasonable doubt. That’s where the issue is. They need to deliberate within the terms of the instructions and the law. Just like someone on the other side can’t randomly be like Patrick did it because that’s not within the terms of deliberation.
