Received an email claiming service was completed and photographs could not be taken as we denied permission, but no engineer ever visited our premises. This is misleading and highly unprofessional. Kindly investigate and resolve urgently.

ES000002F1K1), but every service request is being marked as CLOSED without any engineer visit or repair.
No resolution even after continuous follow ups and assurance @Airtel_Presence. Kudos to your great service!! And Bye Bye porting to @reliancejio for better amd quick service!
