Under current law, Eric Swalwell will still receive his taxpayer-funded pension.

The only way he can be stripped of his pension is if he is convicted of a HISS Act violation or one of the 30 felonies under HLOGA.

Sexual assault and rape, even if it occurred while in office and involved an intern/staffer, is NOT considered sufficient grounds to strip him of his pension.

Outrageous. That needs to change.
