Narcissistic Personality Disorder is a mental condition in which a person has an inflated sense of self. They believe that they are untouchable in this world when it comes to breaking the law, putting themselves in danger, and treating others.
A lot of the times, narcissists aren't easily traceable, and even if the people you know don't have the personality disorder, there are still people that show narcissistic traits.
Sadly, there is no treatment for someone who suffers from narcissism. While they are encouraged to go to therapy and find coping skills to better fit in with the world around them, there is no true cure for someone suffering from this personality disorder.

There is no detraction worse than to overpraise a man; for if his worth prove short of what report doth speak of him, his own actions are ever giving the lie to his honor.
If you want the truth to go round the world you must hire an express train to pull it; but if you want a lie to go round the world it will fly; it is as light as a feather, and a breath will carry it.
What would you expect? Sin will not come to you, saying, "I am sin." It would do little harm if it did. Sin always seems "good, and pleasant, and desirable," at the time of commission.
There are two sorts of hypocrites: ones that are deceived with their outward morality and external religion; and the others are those that are deceived with false discoveries and elevation; which often cry down works, and men's own righteousness.
