A turn signal is two things: your position, and your intent. Satcat Operations handles both. O/O ephemerides tell other operators where you are. Satcat’s STC coordination APIs carry the intent layer: a context signal that says whether a maneuver is planned or the operator is standing down. Together they are the complete signal.

Operators are broadcasting both today on Satcat. 60% of active satellite conjunction events processed through Satcat last week were fully coordinated, meaning position and intent were known on both sides, producing more accurate Pc estimates and fewer unnecessary maneuvers.
