The firm was caught fraudulently claiming abuse was taking place against foreigners in their home countries to qualify them for visas to be imported into America

Alexandra Lozano was a high-profile immigration attorney based in Tukwila, Washington, built one of the largest immigration law firms in the United States

They handled cases for

- VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) for victims of domestic violence
- U visas for crime victims
- T visas for human trafficking victims

But it was fake

They’ve been accused in federal court for fraudulent practices, including fabricating or exaggerating abuse claims in affidavits, filing ineligible applications and pressuring clients to sign blank documents

Lozano permanently resigned her Washington law license in late May 2026 to avoid disciplinary action by the Washington State Bar Association

The Trump administration is cutting off tens of millions of dollars in federal funding to a Los Angeles agency that provides services to the homeless as it investigates potential fraud.

According to a letter first obtained by Fox News, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) has received nearly $1 billion in taxpayer funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development since 2021.

EXCLUSIVE: Noncitizens in New Jersey were on the voter rolls for years — and some even cast ballots before asking to be removed, according to documents obtained through public records requests.

Records reviewed by the NJGOP and RNC show multiple noncitizens seeking citizenship told election officials they were unknowingly registered to vote, with several pointing to the DMV as the source.

Most had no voting history, but county records show at least some voted in elections before being removed from the rolls.

The records were uncovered after Republicans requested voter roll data from all 21 New Jersey counties and are drawing renewed attention to how noncitizens were registered and what safeguards could be put in place to catch the errors sooner.
