Today I presented my work (along with @cecim, @tingdang513,@AndreaFerlini, Dong) hEARt at @IEEEPerCom. It was a wonderful opportunity to get feedback on the work from the community and I really enjoyed the thought provoking questions and discussions after the talk!
Today PhD student @KaylaButkow is presenting our work on Motion resistant heart rate monitoring with in ear microphones" at @IEEEPerCom.
You can find the paper here https://t.co/J6UYxJMFPR Kudos to all coauthors (@tingdang513@AndreaFerlini and Dong Ma).
Yes it's a thread mill. In my office. We look forward to lots of wearable technology testing for the next few months :) with @KaylaButkow and Yang Liu. If you are in Cambridge and want a quick exercise session let us know!
I’m so excited to attend my first #EarComp in Cambridge tomorrow. You can register for @ubicomp to join us for an inspiring day of #Earables research with 2 keynotes and 11 technical presentations.
One more day until #EarComp2022! We have a super exciting day of #earables research planned that’s definitely not to be missed. You can still register for @ubicomp to join us tomorrow in person in Cambridge or virtually!
#EarComp is back at @ubicomp 2022! We’re so excited to announce the Call for Papers for the 3rd edition of the workshop on Earable Computing!🎧🦻Check out the call at: https://t.co/vzMcel0rBO #earable#ubicomp2022
I can’t really say we are back to normal, but I am thrilled to see all these talented faces and summer interns back in the office. Creativity resumed @BellLabs Cambridge with great collaborators from @CL_mobiCentre .. spectacular things are on the horizon!!!
Yesterday was my first day as a research intern at @nokia@BellLabs. I’m so excited to be working as part of @raswak’s team looking at how we can use Earables for human health monitoring 👂🎧
I’m so excited to be involved in @ReachSci - an initiative aiming to promote access to post-graduate education. Applications for our first summer program are now open at https://t.co/1HQOF3PuFS!
It was an honor to present @OccuCamb at the #SensorsDay2020 conference and to see our work alongside so much inspiring sensor based research at @Cambridge_Uni and beyond!
Day 2 of #SensorsDay2020 has been so inspiring so far, with students from @AI4ER_CDT and our own Sensor CDT presenting their team projects from this year! Up now is @OccuCamb whose work was instrumental in helping @cebcambridge researchers return to the labs safely after lockdown
I’m thrilled to have had my first paper added to IEEEXplore today. As a Biomedical engineer, I am passionate about using technology to help people and improve lives, and this work is the first stepping stone towards achieving this goal. @WitsEie
For our @SensorCDT team challenge, we will be developing a sensor based system to measure the occupancy of rooms in an acamedic department. Follow this page to learn more about the project and our experiences with remote team work! 💻📱
We've made a Sensor CDT Team Challenge blog which we will be updating as we progress towards developing a Bluetooth App. This will enable us to determine room occupancy and adhere to social distancing guidelines. The first post will be up on Monday! https://t.co/JmFzTh7YO6
Just finished the first course in the AI for Medicine Specialisation. The course was a fascinating introduction into some of the ways machine learning can be used for medical diagnostics which is the perfect intersection of my interests.
