@JimLangevin I was denied boarding a plane this am on @AlaskaAir for a work trip because of my iBot. I saw u experienced this too. Your trip was even more important! I feel very violated & upset. Do u know if there was any progress this issue so airlines follow FAA regulations?

I am so frustrated w/ @Expedia right now. I canceled a booking IN APRIL & they claimed I didn't. So I got a cancelation fee despite it being canceled in April. Talked to several reps & they say I canceled the day after. Never using them again. @ExpediaHelp isn't listening.
