The burden should not fall on creators to recover accounts that were wrongly restricted in the first place. I think this is worthwhile for @forthepeople as it would be a massive class action lawsuit. I already know 100’s of creators that have been impacted by wrongful violations where @tiktok_us is violating its own terms & conditions. They have had a faulty system and they have NEVER taken accountability and live creators have been the ones suffering the losses. Also, they do nothing to protect the live creators. This needs to stop and be addressed properly.

The appeal process is impossible and we need justice. Please help us it would be very easy to retrieve all the US TT creators who have been affected & very easy to prove.

We get wrongful restriction/violations for nudity for sports tops all the time and when you attempt to appeal the ai automatically denies you. When you reach out there is zero response or they keep the violation.

I received a nudity violation for a flannel & was completely covered. Yet @TikTokSupport did absolutely NOTHING to reverse it.

I had tan tank tops on, yet again fully covered, that triggered the AI and yet again @TikTokSupport failed to properly research and remove the violation.

This not only caused me to get shadow banned in their algorithm causing a huge loss in income one of my accounts got banned wrongfully for nudity. NOT ONE PLATFORM OF MINE HAS ANY NUDITY.
