In the middle of moving and Willie was up at the new house making sure the freezer was sorted to transfer my milk over into and someone said to me "sure would you not just throw that out, you can make more?". Nearly 70 ounces of breastmilk and 90 syringes of colostrum? Girl 🫠

Everyone going mental trying to find Taylor Swift tickets makes me laugh because I think back to when I was like 15 and I got to see and meet her with tickets my mates auntie won on the radio. 😂

Sometimes I worry Ellie won't want to dance and I feel like I need to practice being okay with that decision... then I remember she's seven weeks old and can't sit up or even hold her head properly and I'm worried about something she won't even be starting for a few years. 😂

Newborn clothes are getting too tight on Ellie's legs and feet but she's swimming in 0-3 still. Better too big than too small right? 🙃

It's mental how much conflicting parenting advice you get between doctors, public health nurses, midwifes, friends, family etc. It's also mental to me how I can ignore them all simultaneously and do what works for us. It's almost like all babies are different, just like adults.

Gave Ellie a bath and ten minutes later she shit so violently her nappy blew out.. it was so bad we had to re-wash her. Finally got her redressed and fed and she was nearly settled when she went and fucking shit again and of course changing her has her wide awake. 😂

Why do my parent's generation keep telling me how lucky I am to have someone like Willie. How amazing he is for stepping up and I should consider myself blessed... don't get me wrong, he's a great dad but why are they acting like he's Ghandi for changing his own child's nappy.

Just in case anyone is wondering, I've tried all the old wive's tales and none of them work. 🫠 I've eaten spicy food, dates and pineapple, I've drank raspberry leaf tea, I've done curb walking, stairs, exercise etc etc. Still no baby. 🙃
