Exciting new project kicked off yesterday with our 4th year Physical Activity and Health Science group. The guys did some baseline fitness tests on the Roscommon Fire Department, and will start a 6 week exercise program with them next week. #Health#AIT#exercise
Last night the 4th year Physical Activity and Health students delivered a well received presentation to the Roscommon Fire Department on the importance of physical activity for health and well-being. The students will work with the Roscommon Fire Dept for the next 10 weeks.
